Hello all.
I am new to the group and wanted to say hello.I saw the post and being a new Pansat 3500s owner i wanted to reply.While checking into the 3500s i bought on ebay i found out about the fakes.The Pansat website has a letter to their dealers explaining the difference between fakes and real ones.It is in pdf form so it will read from adobe.I hope this helps.Thanks.

This maybe off topic, but I bought a brand new genuine 2700A from Global Communications (excellent dealer by the way), it came with the manual, but after reading it several times I found it to be absolutely worthless!

Just an Update, Seller gave me my money back on Pansat 2700a, was pretty nice about it, so now I'm thinking about the Coolsat 5000.
