Just got off the phone with D* retention & am getting a HR20 on 10 April.
They charged me 199 for the HR20 divided over 3 months. Months 2 & 3 were waived over the phone while I waited & I only have to pay the 66 for month 1. Also since I am a Total Choice Premeir customer I get 20 dollars credit each month for the next 6 months. With the 19.95 shipping & Handling fee I am actually coming out 33 bucks ahead, I think.
The really interesting news is that the D* retention agent told me that since I am a current H10 customer, any upgrade will pop up as an automatic H20. He had to go through my entire order up above including a second AT-9 all the way to the very end & then go back in & cancel the second AT-9 & the H20 after the fact.
The best part was that the H20 came up as 99 & they were/are going to waive that completely so the gist of the story is that for some (I was told that I am a A customer) of us, we will get our H10's upgraded for free!
