Extra Innings and HD sports programming

2 questions - maybe better suited for the Sports Section, I don't know...

1. Will Dish Network be carrying the MLB Extra Innings PPV this season?

2. How many games on the PPV sports packages are broadcast by Dish Network in HD? If it's broadcast in HD by the station carrying the game (Comcast Sports, Fox North, Northwest, etc.) will it automatically be broadcast by Dish Network in HD?

1. Yes. It should show up on the web site soon. It showed up for renewal on my account last month.

2. Last year they showed *some* HD. Mostly Seattle Mariners games or Twins games in HD. There were some Astros games in HD also. 1 or 2 games a week was about the average.
