Hello, I hope someone here can help me. I have a 3100 receiver that only has singal on odd transponders. I connected the cable end to another receiver and all works fine, so that elimanates the cable and lnb, the voltage at the feed connector is a 13.25 volts but it dosnt switch to 18 when changing channels. At the legs of tr31 i have 13.25, 15.3 and 16.6 volts and neither changes when changing channels. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
