They have to be blind not to see what *C is gaining south of the border with their great signal covering North America and home away from home program.
Evu, unlike *C, really does not care about US subscribers. And will go out of their way to shut you down if they find out you are in the US. Even if you are a Canadian snowbird.
My brother wrote them an email a year ago asking why they can't keep the more popular type channels on the tp's that reach the US for when he vacations here. They told him, if they find out he is using his recievers in the US, they will close his account, and he is violating the service agreement.
I guess we'll find out soon enough how tight that beam will be.
