With the number of e-mails Wilt gets, I don't blame him for keeping his replies short and sweet. His reply to me was "On it - Wilt". And he was. My initially reluctant installers turned up with a 24" dish and a much-upgraded antenna for locals instead of the usual 18" dish and the bottom-feeding stealth antenna, and according to the installer, the changeout was all due to Wilt. If he says he's going to do something, in my experience at least, he will. Give him time. BTW, I'm a southern hick, too.
