Just a heads up for you D* folks. Since LIN Media decided to pull their locals from DISH subs, expect some of those subs to switch over to D* starting around Monday if that dispute is not resolved by then. (I won't be one of them since I'm not affected by it)

Im sure a few will switch. They probably were thinking about it anyway. I personally am glad again that Dish is standing up to these companies. Why should D* or E* pay these companies. The satellite companies give these local broadcasters far more customers. People with an antenna get these channels free. So if anything I think the broadcasters should pay the satellite companies for getting their signal to more people.

The fact remains that if someone does not tell these companies no, the prices are going to get very high. 175% rate hike is pretty steep if you ask me.
