No problem, I'll try to explain what I tried to say.
No, I never said they looked bad. I said that I found out here that I wasn't getting the best resolution that I could get so I began to pay more attention to the resolution. I'm new to HD so to me they looked great, my eyes were used to watching only SD. Notice also that I said "in my set", I have a 32' TV set. We all know that the bigger the display the more noticeable the quality of the signal.

So maybe that's the upgrade path, $50.00 to replace the receiver. Did they mention any commitment? Will they someone to swap the receiver or they will let you do it?

Be sure you get the 411/211. I had this same deal with Dish two weeks ago, but what arrived was an 811---which I refused and sent back.
