Talking to the reps in the exec office is a whole different experience compared to calling the regular CSR's - I had them look up whether they would be offering INHD (not yet, but he said they are really trying to expand the HD Pack so keep your fingers crossed) and the level of knowledge and willingness to work with you was MILES above anything I had expected. E* is not taking the 6000u back, so now I have two HD receivers for less than what I had expected to pay for one! Hopefully, E* will see the pattern here (offer upgrade, deny DHP, executive office phones start ringing, offer upgrade to DHP anyway) and will include us right from the start. Until then, I don't mind making the call!
