Back to its normal time at the end of the month, after creeping forward the past few years. First semifinal Tuesday the 19th at 3PM EDT, second semifinal Thursday the 21st at 3PM EDT, final Saturday the 23rd at 3PM EDT. Check RTPi, MKTV, TVRi, RTS Satellite, LTV, Belarus TV, TV Polonia, and BVN. Some will air it live, others delayed to North American prime time. Best picture quality will probably be on the MPEG4 channels -- MKTV, RTS Satellite, and LTV. I think MKTV aired it live last year. BVN is widescreen, but still MPEG2, albeit a little better bit-rate than most of the other MPEG2 channels. BVN usually airs it delayed.
