The isuppli estimate is out for the Galaxy Tab's manufacturing and materials cost. Estimated to include $205 worth of materials, plus another $9 worth of "manufacturing" costs. Comes in a $214, not bad for a device selling for $499 from Best Buy, and $629 from Verizon. (The ipad cost $264, but its got a bigger screen).
