ESPN's Staggeringly High Valuation

Never would have guessed that. Personally, I'd like to see SAT/Cable companies offer some packages that do not include sports
making them affordable to viewers

I wish a provider would carry a package of ONLY sports (or a mans programming package)

I use to have such a package on my old C-Band back in the day.

All sports and afew others, USA, Discovery, locals what not ...

It was great, I had to pitch it to them, but it was MUCH cheaper than I have ever had for TV since.

Only a single guy would make such a comment! The rest of us can't stir the pot at home.

Luckily my wife is a big sports fan as well so she would be happy with it. She's pretty much the only reason we have the multi-sports package now. She's a Cardinals fan and that's the only way for her to get the games. I myself would be fine without it because the Cubs are carried on my regional channels.
