ESPN2 Right Now Blacked Out in Dallas - Why?

According to the guide, ESPN2 is showing either the Penn St-Oregon St or the Wake-Ole Miss game right now. I live in Dallas, which is nowhere near Oxford, Corvallis, State College or Winston-Salem. But when I turn with either of my 2 622 receivers to channel 144SD, 144HD, or 9425, I get the "not available for viewing in your area" message (#743, ICYC). The Oregon St - Penn St game is on 146 (ESPN2 Alternate) in SD only.

Just curious...why did this happen? Is it because the game was an "either/or?" Can they not show both? And if not, why can't they show the game on ESPN2 in HD?

It has to do with ESPN2 and ABC doing what called "Reverse Mirroring".
One game is deemed a National Game, in this case Oregon St./Penn St.
If your ABC station is not showing that game, you get it from ESPN2.
The blacked out game is available from ESPN GamePlan.

OK, that's what I guessed. But why do they show the game I do get on ESPN2A in SD rather than on ESPN2 in HD? Is that just not technicaly possible?

Dish has dropped local ABC- prorated credit?
