ESPN HD not working at all

ESPN has been out here for appr. 1.5 weeks. I have called and set up 2 appts. for a tech and so far they have stood me up both times. Is there anything I can do to get this channel working? Thanks

If you have a diplexer, it could be that the diplexer went bad. It could also be a bad LNB. Do you have a diplexer in your setup? How is your setup?

The tech came out and replaced the diplexor and multi switch. He said when he installed the upgraded antenna, it must have blown the diplexor.
