ESPN College Extra...Will Dish carry it?

Do those other ppv sports channels use up any bandwidth for a placeholder? I'm guessing likely not, or very little.

That is not the point. They still clutter up the guide. Now, if the My Channels list would automatically filter out the PPV, or at least filter out any PPV channels with no content on them that day, I would not have any problem with the extra channels being reserved as a placeholder.

But from what Tampa posted, they still have programming on those channels for specific events. I don't see them putting effort in for no reason to remove channels that may have something on them in the future. Truth is, none of us know what is planned for them right now. Could be something major, could be nothing at all.
