ESPN Blackout Mystery

I was watching an ESPN college football game on Saturday Oct 10th on my HD TV. I left the living room for my office where I have only SD. When I tuned into CH 140 it said the game was blacked out in my area. I went back to the living room where CH 140 (HD) was coming in just fine. I then tuned into CH 140 in SD in the living room and it also said "blacked out in my area" . Why would that be?

same thing here in AR. the AR vs. Auburn game played and then after on my 625 the game was blacked out, but on the 722 it was showing. not sure what was up.
