My satellite has been out now for four and a half days 4 of my neighbors within a quarter-mile all have signal with Dish I have tested it check the wires check the connections and I keep getting a switch connection error. I have called dish over and over they keep telling me the same thing that it's the weather and that my dish is pointed at a completely different satellite than my neighbors. Dish customer service sucks can anybody give me some advice I am getting error code 833 error code 535 error code 11-11-11 and 11-12-11
