Error #896 on 622's

Went to play the Journeyman pilot from Dish's VOD downloads. When I attempted to play the episode I get the following error message:

Events that are in the process of transferring through the USB port are not available for playback.

This is happening on both my 622's (now with 443 software), only one of them even has the external HDD attached and no transfers are in progress. It is only happening with the Journeyman pilot.

Anyone else seen this problem and is there a resolution?

Think it's a software problem, I get the same message on my 622 and as of yet have not even hooked up an external hard drive. Been getting the same message for the past three days.

I had the same problem. Try hitting "play" on the remote rather than "enter" when selecting either of the pilot episodes. This worked for me and another individual. It was talked about in the following thread:
