Back to the original issue..... I've seen the acquiring guide data problem before and it usually occurs when you have an obstruction blocking the 110 or the 119 sat locations. Be aware that the 119 comes from the west at a very sharp angle. If you're standing directly behind the at-9 the 119 comes low in the sky and at about the 3 o'clock position (straight ahead of the dish being 12). The dish may need to be relocated or trees may need to be trimmed. Check your signal strength on the 119 and see if you're missing transponders. I'd put money on that being the problem.

OK, thanks for the number I will try it.

As far as the obstruction, I get the 119 perfectly, the signal strenght is 86 and its on a H-20. No obstructions at all, clear line of sight.

I'll try that number, thanks to all for your input and comments.
