Error 005 FSNMW

What? "Your smart card does not currently have authorization to view or purchase this program. Please wait or channel up or down." When I tune to 418 (HD) I hear the audio, but no video then the message pops up? Anyone else have this problem? I'm trying to watch the COL-STL game.

Oh, the exact same thing is happening on ch. 445 (HD) for the KC-DET game.

It's only on the HD channels. The SD ones come in fine.

I am having the same problem on 418 Fox Midwest. Called and Dish and said that it would be fixed in 15 minutes. That was 45 minutes ago.

He told me to wait for an hour or so. WTF!?!?

Me: I know this. my questions is why are they not showing the HD feed on Comcast Sports net? And tomorrows game I cannot view in HD anyway because dish does not brodcast WGN in HD

I am having the same issue. I called customer service and the lady read me the message she got from her bosses. It stated that she was to advise customer to tune to the SD channel of the game to continue watching the game. WTF? I know that! I want to know why the HD feed says its not authorized on my reciever. But, I guess its a known issue. I am sure it will be fixed SOON.

If I recall correctly, this happens when dish updates the encryption keys to combat hackers.
