Here's a question.........I own three receivers, a 322,4900, and a 1000..........I have the maintanance option on my account and I have problems with the 4900. Will Dish send me a new receiver and if they do will it be mine or theirs? I called yesterday and was on hold for 20 minutes and didn't have time to hold to ask.....anyone know for sure????? Mike

You definitely will not get a "NEW" receiver, it will be a remanufactured 4900 and you will still own it.

A couple of years ago, I had them replace a 6000 that I owned. Got a re-manufactured unit that I also then owned.

If your 1000 goes bad they will send you a 3900/4900 to replace it.
