Is it still possible to sub to it or is it only through the AT250/AEP? Some of e*'s webpages, like this one DISH Network -- Channels, still make mention of it. However I can't find anything on their website about it - is it poor upkeep on the obscure channel pages or poor navigation to the package?

Encore channels (6 channels, i.e. western, action, drama,love, etc) are available and believe you can add them to any package....I think they are around 5/mnth.

You will have to call and have them added. Also I think they are like 7.99 now. Let us know what the CSR tells you.

Cool, depending on what happens to my HD Absolute package on Aug 1, my wife and I might add this... Personally, I would add the starz pack - but if I am moving into the Turbo Silver, then I might just add this instead. Either way, I will check with the CSR and report back when I do...

You can add the encore pak for $4.99, however you do not get the Encore east (the one that is going HD 1 Aug.)
