enable external storage

What do you do to enable the external storage on the 722? I know you call the 800 number but what happens then? How long does it take usually? I have my drive but need to enable it.

Takes a few minutes. Might be a little longer depending on how long it takes Dish's computer to send the signal through the satellite.

It took < 5 minutes when I did mine when the feature was released,

Make sure to check your bill as well. Myself and several others were charged twice for the activation.
