Emerson 32” LCD HDTV LC320EMXF

I have, through Time Warner Cable, a Scientific Atlanta Explorer 4240 HDC cable box with a Synergy V RT-U63CP remote. I cannot get any codes that will work to program my remote to control my new Emerson 32” LCD HDTV model # LC320EMXF.
I have tried all the Emerson codes along with hundreds of other 3 digit numbers. I have also tried the Point and Press method, which was also unsuccessful.
Right now I have to use both my Synergy remote and my TV remote.

I emailed Time Warner, Emerson TV, and the maker of my Synergy remote, Contec Holdings, Ltd. Contec Holdings wrote back and explained that I needed to "upgrade" my remote from a RT-U63CP to a RT-U64CP. The result: Problem solved.

I have the same tv and yes the remote doenst work with tw cable. I just use both
