Embarrassing question

Some folks, me included, have problems switching from Channel 219 to 225 and back.

Obviously, using the "up" and "down" button is not working.

Could my "favorites" button be causing this, and how do I fix it?

Are those channels even in your favorite list that is cuurently selected. In other words, go to ALL CHAN and try selecting(up/down) those channels, see what happens

219 & 225 are only on DISH so I assume that is the system you have. Try the recall button if you are saying you want to go back and fort between 219 and 225. If you are saying that the remote won't take you to those channels try doing a power plug reset of the receiver.
