The "trained monkeys" wouldn't have been an in house tech. DTV techs work solo, this was already likely a dealer who doesn't know their right hand from the left anyway. Let a dealer install and you'll have somebody there in 3 months to fix it guaranteed. The apps are never accurate, the compasses used are sometimes quite inaccurate.

agreed. at least in my area, three months is probably being generous. in the spring, had to carry alot poles on the truck every week to replace the rail mounts they were putting in the ground. there are so many sub-contractors that don't have the foggiest idea what they're really supposed to be doing. not to say all the in-house guys are aces either unfortunately.
