EHD transfer Question HWS

OK I hope it is something simple I just couldn't figure out, but I can't seem to transfer some shows and movies from my HWS to my external HD. Using a 640 GB WD drive. Drive says I have 400 GB free. When I go to the transfer screen it only lets me scroll about half way down and it only shows titles up to "M" for some reason. The slider on the right side of the screen shows that it is a bit past half way down. I can't figure out how to get down past M. I tried the page down buttons but it doesn't work. Am I missing something here? Help. If it is something simple boy will I be embarrassed.

Thanks KAB. I know I read that thread, but somehow I missed the part applicable to my issue.
