Now that DirecTV is offering extremely less expensive packages, Dish needs to do the same, or the churn rate will increase even faster than what they were prepared for.

MyEntertainment via DirecTV Stream is a great bargain at $35, it is basically the same as Philo with the news channels included in the package.
