Last usa tv satellite launch was E18 in June 2016.
They have lots of brand new or nearly new spare tv capacity up there and probably will not need anything new for years.

On the other side of their business, they have been recently launching broadband and foreign service tv satellites like roman candles on the 4th of July

I had remembered news of SpaceX launching an Echostar satellite this year. I checked. They did send up Echostar 23 on March 16, but that one is for service in Brazil.

I'm waiting for a launch failure again like echostar 4.

If you ever been to Dish corporate they got all the models of the satellites or rockets sitting in the main lobby.
