I was not expecting changes in TPs 17, 18, 26. Shouldn't something show in the uplink for these TPs? (Edit: Just checked a new uplink report which shows something going on in TPs 17 and 18, but not 26. Should the uplink show E15 instead of E12 and E3?)

Now just have to wait for tomorrows changes, which will hopefully address my worst problems with 61.5, TPs 19 and 24.

I bolded the ones that were supposed to change. Odd I had no real improvement on TPs 10, 14, 22, and 30 (while having minor improvement on 8, which which isn't supposed to change until Thursday). Interestingly, TPs 21 and 29, the QPSK transponders show the most improvement.

Dishnetwork could swap satellites out all day and as long as they didn't change any transponder modulations or move channels you'd never see anything on the uplink report. All of the transponder ID's are the same no matter which satellite the signal is coming from.

I'll change the names of the transponders when they are finished on the swap out.

Also a side comment on the Puerto Rico situation: We can not fool owerselfs, here on the island we are all taking measurements with 6' footers or 8' in my case and this echostar 15 is supposed to give good signal strength with a 23" inches anntena. By my readings this does not look to good for us. The predicted footprint for PR is 51db's good enough for a 23 inch anntena. How come are we not seeing 90 and up on ower readings like it happen with Echostar 14 with 4' and 5' foot antennas 2 months ago.

8 footer might need a slight change in alignment. The larger the dish the smaller area of the sky it points at. E15 may be on the edge of your dish. 3 satellites at 61.5 are spaced apart, to small dishes they appear to be one satellite, larger dishes start to see them as 3 separate satellites. I do not know when they will move E3 out of the way and let E15 get to be closer to 61.5.

I saw a post from PR with a 6 footer and the signals look right in line with which ones swapped over. I'm not sure if they are going to adjust the power later or not. Look at the first post of this thread on the phase dates and which transponders will be from E-15.

I'd definitely say could probably use a repoint on things.
