Yeah, E11 is supposed to go up on sea launch. AMC-14 is the other that is supposed to go up on proton.
Havent read the whole document yet, maybe it says in there. Going to read it now.
So maybe itll free E8 for spot beam work. What else is cool is the camera itll have on board.
isnt it gone make it hard to peak the new 110 wl sat since there is the old echo 8 at 110.4 ?

E8 hopefully moves to 129. They really need to address the problems with E5.
I would have to think that once freed up the SAT would be used for the new MPEG4 service. If they don't do this, I don't know where E* will get the second SAT.
Why would it make it harder? There are multiple satellites at 119, 110, 61.5 and 148 right now.
AMC14 , E* is leasing the entire sat.
