Apparently, not a winning combo :(.

The PPV ordering system isn't working on the new website when using Mozilla Firefox.

Everytime I try to order something, a 'Unable to complete order. System logon error, please try again later' error keeps popping-up, yet, this feature used to work perfectly with the previous version of the website.

Btw, It works flawlessly with Internet Explorer. I was able to order a PPV event right away, with no problems whatsoever.

E*'s retailer site requires ExPloder because they use active X. I have also had problems using the new website, and since I run FireFox under Linux, my only other real option is Opera...

Joy, of all the scripting/server side languages they could have used, they had to use some MS "Standard" crap.

Good thing I never PPV anyway :)

I had to order a PPV so I just tried PPV order with firefox and it worked fine for me. I have never had a problem with E* site and firefox (when the site is working)

SatinKzo: "had to" order a PPV? :)

Lemme guess, it's for your "sorry we raised your rates" PPV coupon, which expires 8/31 (maybe not, kinda late for that now)? For mine I ordered my first PPV, "Suspect Zero" the end of July, sent the coupon in, and as of last week was credited the $3.99. :)

BTW, was not greatly impressed by Suspect Zero. The description suckered me... but it ended up being "free" so no big loss.

What version of Firefox are you using? any particular extensions?

1.06. Nothing fancy loaded. I am at work but will doublecheck when I get home to see what I have out of the ordinary.

Edit: No extensions loaded, version 1.0.6.

question on adding a DVR522 dual ch.

Considering a plasma, will I have to change my 522?
