E-bill from Dish is wrong

I use online banking from Bank of America, and one of the services allows you to receive and view bills in the BofA web site. Dish Network sends e-bills to the bank, and I can pay them with just a couple of clicks.

This has worked in the past, but I just received an e-bill from Dish for an odd amount and a due date that doesn't jive with my usual.

My online bill at dishnetwork.com appears to be correct.

For the past few months I've been receiving TWO monthly emails stating my bill was ready to be viewed. One is for me and one for someone named Eric. I did an online chat and was told not to worry about it.. Still receive them to this day.

I guess Dish thinks you should just let Eric worry about it.
