DW-tv interference?

This problem COULD be related to "Fall Sparkles". This is caused by the Sun passing directly behind the satellite and It only lasts a short time every day.

Unfortunately, it lasts all day and whatever part of the night I want to look at it.

German TV in Florida

I am only interested in DW-tv on 3840. Is there any source of a filter to pass only 3840 or reject the 3848 from I 805 that may be the source of intereference?

This is my primary TV source since my wife is German and we have been looking at the DW programs for about ten years now.


FYI I am located in Central Florida where the PAS 9 footprint is strongest.

If you are in Central Florida, lookup dolphin-tv http://www.dolphin-tv.com Their website says it may be on cable in Florida.
They should be on the air on IA-5 check Globecast World to subscribe. http://www.globecastworldtv.com/
Also look for HerzTV soon. http://www.herztv.tv/
I've had Prosieben, and didn't like it too much. Will see what the new ones bring.
