DVR Recording Problem - Stuck Screen?

I have a 722 with a timer set up to record San Jose Sharks games on NHL CI. Every once in a while, I get a recording that is simply 3 hours of "Check back to see if your game is on HD" or whatever the standard message is. The problem is that when I go to this channel on another tuner, or if I stop the recording process halfway though and restart it, then the game suddenly appears. It's almost like the screen is stuck unless you move away from the channel and back to it. I did notice tonight that I had a concurrent OTA recording of the NFL playoffs going, so there could be something there. Anyone else seen this bug/problem? It's happened three times this hockey season. Luckily tonight I caught it an hour in and restarted the recording. Any thoughts you guys have would be great.
