522 DVR History

Is there a way to delete the DVR history on 522?

What do you mean by history (Sorry that I don't know)? You mean all your programs or the search history?

on my 721 it shows what happened to each file/event. And I don't know of a way to clear it. I suspect they've added similar to the 5xx's.
