DVR, and two Receivers What equipment do I need

I have a Round Dual LNB Dish, and Directv DVR R10, and two other receivers.
I want to be able to use the Dual Tuner feature on the DVR, but it won't work unless I have one of the other receivers disconnected.

I currently have a 3 (input) 4 (output) multiswitch, should this equipment work or do I need a dish upgrade?

It should work. There are 4 outputs and 4 lines are needed.
