The Jazz Singer, most definitely NOT OAR, presently on TMC-HD has absolutely got to be the worst SD->HD upconvert I have ever seen, period. It looks just awful, especially the outside shots. There's film grain, and then there's that! It looks like a decent SD broadcast and that's about the best I can say about it. Even the audio is slightly out-of-sync...

For what it's worth, USA showed Never Say Never Again in OAR over the weekend, which even Encore didn't do. So I'd imagine the ones on Sci-Fi would at least be HD, if not OAR.
