DVR 921 Hard Drive Replacement

I have a Dish DVR 921 with a dead hard drive and found an exact replacement online. If I pop in a replacement drive, will the 921 use it?

Buy DHPP from DISH and get a replacement receiver, you might get it replaced with a 622 seeing the 921 is in violation of the TiVo law suit.
