DVR-921 dimensions

This receiver appears to have taken a overdose of steroids. Does anyone know, or have a link to, its dimensions and weight?

Just want to ensure that it will fit in my cabinet.

I hear ya though - I am working towards getting a Harman Kardon AVR-7200 as well. If those 2 bad boys don't put the VCR and cassette player out to pasture I don't know what will :shock:

HEHEHE my TV stand where I have the 721 is 5 3/8 inches tall so I have Barely enough room for the 921 yippee!

Is it the same width as the other receivers and just taller or is it wider and deeper as well?

Could the blank space in the middle of the DVR-921 receiver be for a DVD recorder? That'd be sweet!!

The rumor I heard is that you can take the front panel out and slide in 2 more hard drives. NOTE: Only a rumor...

We tried pulling off the face plate today, no luck.

Unfortunately the Dish Network guy who was with me on the 921 was wondering the same thing and also tried yanking it off.

Perhaps one of the Dish guys can email me and let me know what the deal is.
