I believe Elgato has a complete hardware+ software solution (eyeTV 310) but it looks expensive.

I may have to look into the site that SatelliteAV suggested (thanks for the link ). I've been thinking about putting a second DVB card into my PC. Perhaps I'll play around with it on my old PowerMac first.
