I thinking about adding some dual LNB's to my system to run 2 receivers. I know the receiver sends power to the LNB... would the power be going to the LNB from both receivers? Does the LNB block the power from one receiver?

Be careful of the dueling LNBs....keep your distance ;)

Both receivers would power the dual LNB as designed. One box could be off and the other would work just fine.

LOL dueling LNB's ;)

Are both receivers sending power to the dual LNB at the same?

I'm not sure exactly on the inside if both power it at the same time but that doesn't matter to us.

Send power to both sides of the LNB and don't worry about it, that is how they are designed. If one box is off the other won't be affected one bit. If one side is on horizontal and the other is vertical you won't notice anything different. Just hook up the two coax cables and let it rip.

yes it would send power to both ports of the LNB which allows it to switch from H to V. This allows you to have one receiver on a V transponder channel and one that is on a H transponder :)

It doesn't hurt anything for the box. Each port is isolated. :)
