dual tuner HD non-DVR receiver available?

Does Dish offer a non-DVR dual tuner receiver capable of HD? I'm about to do the dishin it up promo for 2 receivers and wanted to get a 622 and another dual tuner HD, but don't need the 2nd dvr feature/fee. thanks.

The VIP 211 is a single HD/SD TV unit...

People are still waiting for the 222, it is a dual tuner receiver, but the second tuner is not HD.
