Dual Cband Feedhorn Installation Help

Hello before I take this feedhorn out and downgrade to a single cband, I would like to know if all my reception problems are due to its not installed properly, can some one that knows tell me if the picture shows a correct install
I need help because the feedhorn did not come with instruction manual nor there is any support for installing it on the net.

Are the probes correct or should the top lnb probe be parallel to the bottom lnb probe

Dont get Vertical channels and some Horizontal channels as well I do not get good reception

1st off what model is that?

have a dual C-band feed (no probe in it) here an, it is a straight shot to the horz lnb, an the vert lnb has a notch in the feed throat to where it bolts, but it is old maybe 20 + years.

the main thing I see in the picture that stands out, is the legs that hold the scalar ring are all twisted, which I would tend to think that the feed is not looking at the center of the dish, an may be twisted them in to get F/L right but I would still look at that 1st. an make shure that the feed is looking into the center of you're dish, before anything else.

edit: looks like the lnb is a norsat model.

with 2 norsats LNBs
all recent equipment not more than 1 year old

and yes I maximed the signal with FD and rotated the feedhorn, all I would like to know if the LNBs are installed correctly
