Hi guys,

first of all I need to say: Great forum here! It´s really very interesting to read through masses of BUD threads and to learn from there.

I´m from Germany and was lucky enough to be able to buy an imported KTI CKD-12 Mesh dish. What I am looking for now is a suitable dual-axis mount which spans an azimut range of 180° and an elevation range of 0-40°. That is, a H-to-H mount with a dual-axis option. So, how do you guys solve such a task?

TIA,
Achim

It's not usually needed, unless you are going after sats in an inclined orbit. What are you trying to do?

take a look at vetruns.com, they have a few posts regarding dual axis mounts.

Hi guys, I already asked at vetrun[dot]com, but the only real solution suggested was the use of a Jaeger SMO-36EL H-to-H mount. Unfortunately, this unit is no longer produced by Jaeger and even no remaining/old units are available in Germany. So, any other suggestions are highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
