DTV Letter

I received a letter today stating that as of August 25th, I would no longer be able to receive both the New York and Los Angles HD feeds because of the "Satellite Home Viewer Extension Act". It further stated that the HD channels (New York) 81, 83 87 & 89 were affected. It did not seem to include the SD channels 380, 382, 386, etc. My question is will I be able to retain the NY feeds on SD??
