yes I can and that was one of the first things that I tried. didn't work either. I ordered some new parts a lnb and a different mount to hold it. I'm going to wait until I get them and try again

What's the status?

I want to know if that dish comes with single polarity LNB or not.
We have a laundry list of suitable LNBs if that's the problem. -
All keeping the original feedhorn, for best performance. - :up
But every time someone with that dish asks, I don't know what the heck to tell them.
