DTV Converter Box- Channel Ranges?

I have some digital channels here at home on Cable between channels 90 and 100. My HDTV can tune to them, but can a Digital Converter Box?

PS: They are in the clear, I don't have a CableCard.

Converter boxes tune ATSC Over The Air broadcasts, not cable qam channels. So the answer is no

Thanks for the quick reply. Are there any cheap(er) QAM tuners out there? I've looked at HDHomeRun, and thats about $80.
