DTV and HDTV programming details

Is there a place (website or whatever) where I might be able to find all of the services (channels) a given local affiliate might be broadcasting as part of their digital service? For example, digital channel 8.1 is what I would call the "primary" channel but there's typically an 8.2, 8.3 etc... but I have not be able to find info on these channels even on the local affiliate's website. Even simple info like what if anything else is available.

With most affiliates in many markets those .2, .3 are simply doppler radar images, or other programming generated by the affiliate but it varies from channel to channel.

You might try TitanTV.com, they have a very comprehensive listing of programming.

Many stations are not using more than one sub-channel, they are not required to.

If you receive 8.1 you will see all the sub channels because they are all in the same carrier wave.
