Skyvision has a pretty good deal, I think NPS still sells them with programming not sure though.
You can try ebay but a new one with warranty may be your best bet.

i think 400$ is a bit to much for a receiver. and skyvision is higher its 500 for theres last time i checked if im not wrong. thats crazy lol
